Lolly cake for adults - simply yum!
Ingredients:
1/2 pound of butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 tin condensed milk
2 cups of chopped dried apricots
2 packets of wine biscuits - crushed
Method:
Heat butter, brown sugar and condensed milk until butter melts - be careful not to boil it.
Add chopped apricots and biscuits.
Mix well.
Press into greased tin and sprinkle with coconut.
Put in the fridge to set.
